BEEFED UP BISCUIT CASSEROLE

1 to 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can refrigerated biscuits

Brown meat, add all other ingredients except biscuits.
Spoon mix over 1/2 biscuits in pan. Put other 1/2 mix on top;
sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
