3 lb. ground meat**
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 clove garlic
1 qt. tomatoes (whole),
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 medium carrot, finely
1 bell pepper
water for desired consistency
Cook slowly for several hours. Season to taste.
**Can substitute 1 pound of moose sausage for 1 of the 3
pounds of ground meat.
