ONE STEP LASAGNA|
1 lb. ground beef, browned
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded Mozzarella
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Combine beef, water, salt and sauce. In 9 x 13-inch
pan, layer 1/3 sauce, 1/2 noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2
Mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered with foil, at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
