(Noodles With Vegetables And Pork)
8 oz. noodles (rice or flour
noodles)
1 c. thinly cut uncooked pork
1 c. coarsely cut cabbage
1 medium-sized onion, thinly
cut
1/2 c. thinly cut green pepper
1/2 c. thinly cut carrots
cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
soy sauce (enough to color
noodles and give taste to
it)

Note: You can use any kind of vegetables like snow peas
or fresh beans.
Break noodles into halves and start soaking them in warm
water. Meanwhile, in a wok or skillet, cook the pork until
it's done. Add the onions first, then the remaining ingredi-
ents. Stir-fry until it's half done. Add soy sauce, salt and
pepper. Stir in noodles slowly with the vegetables until well
mixed. Turn off the wok or skillet and cover for a few seconds
until you are ready to eat. Serve warm. Don't overcook the
noodles.
