PORK CHOPS AND RICE CASSEROLE

4 pork chops
salt and pepper
3 c. water
1 1/2 c. rice
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook pork chops in 1 tablespoon oil until brown.
Combine rice, water and soup; salt and pepper to taste. Place
mixture in greased casserole; arrange pork chops on top and
bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
