PORK FRIED RICE 1 c. pork, thinly cut 2 c. cooked, steamed rice 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 Tbsp. oil 1/2 c. frozen peas 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 c. uncooked shrimp Heat the oil in a wok or nonstick pan. Add the pork and stir until done. Stir the shrimp, onions and the frozen peas until done. Add the eggs and cook. Add the rice and stir-fry until the rice is all mixed. Season with soy sauce and salt and pepper. Serve warm. To make steamed rice: Add 1 cup rice to 2 cups water to a boil. Stir, then cover the saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.
