3/4 stick butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. raw rice
1 1/2 cans beef bouillon
1/2 can water
Melt butter and add the onion and rice. Stir well. Add
beef bouillon and water. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole;
cover tightly. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
