1 lb. hot Italian bulk sausage
1 bag pizza dough (dry or
frozen) or 1 pkg. hot roll
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese,
1 egg
Parmesan cheese

Prepare pizza dough or hot roll mix as directed. Brown
sausage; drain. If using pizza dough, spread in a 10-inch
square; hot roll mix in a 12-inch square. Beat egg; spread on
dough. Spread sausage on dough; cover with Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese to taste. Roll up in jelly roll
fashion; oil cookie sheet and sausage roll. Bake 20 to 30
minutes until golden brown.
