SLOPPY JOES 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 small onion, minced 2 stalks celery, minced 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce or catsup 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish 1/8 tsp. pepper In skillet or slow cooking pot with browning unit, cook beef with onions and celery until meat loses it's red color. Pour off excess fat. In pan, combine meat, onion and celery with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Spoon over toasted hamburger buns or French rolls. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
