1 can condensed cream of
chicken or celery soup
2 c. chopped, cooked turkey or
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
paprika and chopped parsley
Mix soup with 1 can water; stir in chopped turkey,
minced onion, rice and salt. Put in buttered casserole dish;
cover and bake in a 350 degrees oven for 1 hour. Sprinkle with
paprika and parsley.
