HAMBURG PIE

1 1/2 lb. hamburg
1 large onion, chopped
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
pie crust

Fry hamburg and onion; drain. Add soup, mustard,
ketchup and salt. Prepare own pie crust, add 1/4 cup cheese to
pie crust mix. Make pie 9-inch. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 40
minutes.
