BEEF STROGANOFF

1 lb. round steak, cubed
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms,
drained and save juice
6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce
dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. tomato soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Dip meat in flour and brown. Add onion, garlic and
mushrooms. Combine sour cream, soup, mushroom liquid and
seasonings. Pour over meat. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve
on spaghetti, rice or toast.
