KOVAK'S MOSTACCIOLI 2 lb. ground beef 3 small onions, chopped 3 sticks celery, diced 3 cans (No. 2 1/2) tomatoes (add 1/2 can water) 2 can (7 3/4 oz.) tomato sauce (add 1/2 can water) 3 cans (6 oz.) tomato paste (add 1/2 can water) 1 Tbsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. dry parsley 2 bay leaves 1/2 c. sugar mushrooms (optional) Brown beef, onions and celery, then add rest and cook all ingredients together for 2 hours. Cook 1 box of mostaccioli noodles. Sauce may be prepared and frozen for later use. Just add noodles when ready to serve.
