1 lb. ground beef, browned
with 1 small onion and 1 c.
diced celery

Drain well and then add:
1 can chicken with rice soup,
1 can cream of mushroom soup,
1 c. water
1/2 c. Minute rice
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Last 10 minutes sprinkle with
chow mein noodles.
