SPINACH FANDANGO

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms
1 chopped garlic clove
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. salad oil
2 pkg. frozen spinach
1 c. cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
2 large slices Mozzarella
cheese

Brown meat and onions. Add mushrooms, garlic, oregano
and salad oil. Add spinach. Simmer until thawed. Add soup
and sour cream. Put cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20
minutes.
