2 lb. cubed stew meat
1 small onion
3 cubed potatoes
6 carrots, cut in 3/4-inch
1 stalk celery, cut in
Put in casserole and mix together. Mix and sprinkle
over meat mixture:
3 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. tapioca
Mix well with meat mixture. Pour 3/4 cup V-8 juice over
all. Cover tight and bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours.
