SPAGHETTI SAUCE

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. onion, sliced
2 tsp. garlic, minced
4 oz. tomato paste
4 c. tomato sauce
1 c. chicken stock
1 c. beef stock
salt and pepper
2 bay leaves

Saute beef in cooking oil; remove and set aside. Add
olive oil to saucepot. Add flour and brown. Add onions and
garlic. Saute until done. Add paste, sauce, stocks, salt,
pepper and bay leaves. Add cooked beef. Simmer 1 1/2 hours
until sauce loses acidic taste.
