2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1/4 lb. cashews (optional)
3 sliced hard-boiled eggs
1 pkg. frozen peas and
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. salad dressing
1 (No. 2) can chow mein
Combine all ingredients except noodles. Mix well.
Place in greased baking dish, about 12 x 5-inch. Bake in 400 degrees
oven 10 minutes. Top with noodles and bake 5 minutes longer.
