HAM POTATOES AU GRATIN

1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
4 oz. shredded cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 c. potatoes, cooked and
diced
2 c. ham, cooked and diced

Saute onion and pepper in margarine and flour, pepper
and milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and add cheese and
mayonnaise. When the cheese has melted, add the ham and
potatoes. Transfer all to a casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes.
