CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME 6 chicken breasts 2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. lemon juice 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 tsp. celery salt 2 tsp. paprika 4 cloves garlic, minced 4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 3/4 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. shortening 1/2 c. margarine Combine all ingredients with the exception of crumbs, shortening and margarine. Coat chicken with the mixture and cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll chicken in crumbs. Arrange in shallow pan. Melt margarine and shortening. Spoon 1/2 over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes. Spoon remaining margarine over chicken. Bake 15 minutes longer.
