4 (1-inch) pork chops
2 Tbsp. oil
1 sliced onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. beef broth

Rub pork chops with sage, salt and pepper. Heat oil in
skillet. Brown chops. Add 1 sliced onion and 1 cup beef
broth. Cover, simmer 25 minutes. Combine 1/2 cup sour cream
and 1 tablespoon flour. Remove chops from skillet; add sour
cream; cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from
heat; pour sauce over chops. Serves 4.
