CHILIBURGERS

10 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. salt
1 dozen stale buns
1 pinch garlic powder
1/4 Tbsp. red pepper
1 Tbsp. celery salt
2 cans tomato juice
2 medium onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
4 heaping Tbsp. chili powder

Tear buns into small pieces. Mix hamburger, black
pepper and salt; brown and drain off fat. In large pot mix all
ingredients. Cook on medium heat on top of range until hot.
Cook on low heat (3 hours total). Serve on hamburger buns.
Stir often. Enough for a crowd or freeze for later!
