BROILED TROUT

trout (whole with skin on)
butter
bacon
garlic salt

Wash and pat dry the trout. Rub butter on outside of
fish. Place small amount of sliced butter inside trout along
with 1 strip of bacon and sprinkle inside with garlic salt.
Broil until skim bubbles and turns brown. Trout is done if the
meat easily falls off the bones.
Grilled Trout: Prepare trout the same as for broiled
trout. Wrap prepared trout in foil and place on medium hot
grill. Cook until meat easily falls off the bones.
