PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 4 thick pork chops 1 c. shredded cabbage 5 medium sliced carrots 4 medium sliced potatoes 1 small onion Salt and pepper chops and brown lightly. Place a layer of each vegetable in order given: cabbage, carrots, potatoes and onion in casserole and salt and pepper as you go. Arrange pork chops on top. Pour 1/2 cup water in skillet. Stir to dissolve meat drippings. Pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
