HOT CHICKEN SALAD|
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. onion, minced
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 Swiss cheese or sharp
1 c. potato chips, crushed
1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle cheese and chips over
top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
