3 lb. ground chuck
1 to 2 large onions, diced
5 cans Van Camp kidney beans
1 large can V-8 juice
1 pkg. instant Chili-O-Mix
chili powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Brown meat and onions. Drain off excess fat. In large
pot, put meat and onions, add 5 cans of beans (drained) V-8
juice, Chili-O-Mix, chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for
a couple hours.
