2 lb. lean chuck, cut into
1-inch cubes
6 medium potatoes, peeled and
6 carrots, cut in 1/4 slices
6 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans golden
mushroom soup
salt and pepper
Tabasco brand pepper sauce

Divide ingredients into 6 equal portions on 18-inch
square of heavy duty Reynolds wrap, add a couple dashes of
Tabasco and a tablespoon of water to each portion. Season with
salt and pepper. Bring up corners of foil and twist at top to
close bundles. Place on grill 6-inches above hot coals. Takes
approximately 1 hour. Serve right in the foil. Makes 6
