12 oz. ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti
2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese,
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Cook meat and onion in butter, drain excess fat. Stir in
spaghetti sauce, pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; top with
cheese. In small bowl, combine eggs, milk and oil; add flour
and salt. Beat with hand beater until smooth. Pour over
mixture in pan; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30
minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
