1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
Line bottom of pie shell with bacon and cheese. Beat
other ingredients in blender. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Cook
for about 40 minutes in 325 degrees oven. Done when knife comes out
clean. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
