1 (6 oz.) pkg. (3 1/2 c.) wide
1 can spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 c. large curd cream
cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz. or 8 oz.) sliced
Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles in boiling water. Cook ground beef, add
spaghetti sauce, and tomato paste. Add a little garlic or
onion to meat. Combine egg, cottage cheese and salt; mix well.
In greased 10 x 14 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish, alternate layers
of half each of the noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and
Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes. Serves 6 people.
