SEAFOOD CASSEROLE

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 pint half and half
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. lemon
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese,
grated
1 Tbsp. sherry
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 pkg. artichoke hearts,
cooked and drained
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter, blend in flour, cook
until well blended over low heat. Remove from heat; add cream.
Return to heat; add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce,
paprika, lemon juice, ketchup, cheese, and sherry. Cook until
thickened. Place layer of seafood, artichoke hearts, and
sauce. Repeat layers in 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle bread
crumbs over top. Bake 20 minutes. Serves 8.
