1 pkg. frozen Chinese pea pods
1 lb. sirloin steak
3 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Accent
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. gravy mix
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 (14 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms,
Thaw peas. Cut steak into strips 1/2-inches wide by
3-inches long; saute peas in oil about 2 minutes and remove
from pan. Add steak and brown quickly. Add onion powder,
Accent, garlic powder and salt. Stir until meat is coated.
Sprinkle gravy mix over meat and add water, soy sauce and brown
sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until gravy
thickens. Stir in mushrooms and peas. Cook until heated
through. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
