BEEF STROGANOFF 2 lb. round steak 1 c. onions, chopped 2 small cans mushrooms 1/2 c. butter salt and pepper 1/4 tsp. mustard 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1 beef bouillon cube, in hot water 1/4 c. Chablis wine 1 c. hot water Cut steak in 2-inch long strips. Brown meat; saute onions and mushrooms and combine and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and continue cooking until water is evaporated. Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, beef bouillon cube and 1 1/2 cups sour cream to meat. Continue cooking and just before serving, add 1/4 cup wine. Serve with rice or noodles. Serves 4.
