Make sure to cut vegetables uniformly.
Place oil and seasonings in large frying pan. Heat;
add meat and brown. Remove meat. Add vegetables, you may need
a touch more oil; stir-fry vegetables and add meat. Mix.
Serve with toppings. Put meat mixture in pockets and add your
choice of toppings. You might like a dash of Tabasco sauce or
hot sauce.
