ENCHILADA STOCK
(Beef)
1 lb. lean ground round
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (6 oz.) can Ortega green
chili salsa
6 tortillas
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
cheese

Saute onion. Brown beef and drain off fat. Add salt
and salsa to meat and onion; simmer 20 minutes. Line casserole
with tortillas. Pour meat mixture over tortillas. Spread sour
cream over meat and top with cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
