2 lb. (1/2 x 2-inch) sirloin
Brown sirloin strips quickly. Put in 8 x 11-inch pan
and cover with gravy. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 175 degrees covered
with foil. Garnish with fresh grated lemon peel. Serve over
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. plum jam
1/2 c. lemon juice
salt to season
Add ingredients to 1 package Lawry's brown gravy mix
that has been prepared as indicated on package.
