PARTY BEEF-MUSHROOM CASSEROLE|
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 lb. fresh mushrooms (fresh
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can consomme
1 pkg. wild rice and long
Saute sliced mushrooms in butter. Remove mushrooms and
saute beef in the same butter. Add two soups, consomme and
mushrooms; mix well. Put in a buttered casserole.
Cook rice separately until done and mix into casserole.
Cover with breadcrumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1
