CHICKEN IMPERIAL

8 chicken breast halves, boned
and skinned
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
garlic powder to taste
fresh parsley, chopped
1 c. seasoned breadcrumbs,
e.g. Contadina
1 1/2 cubes butter (3/4 cup)

Mix together crumbs, cheese, garlic powder and parsley.
Dip chicken into butter; then roll in crumb mixture to coat
both sides. Roll up chicken and place in buttered casserole.
Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees, covered,
for 15 minutes; remove cover and continue baking 15 to 20
minutes or until tender. Serves 4 to 8. (Quite rich.)
