CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS

4 whole chicken breasts, split
and skinned
8 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 c. dry white wine/water
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c. melted butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed
cream of chicken soup

Bone chicken breasts, if desired. Arrange chicken in
shallow 7 x 11-inch or a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Top with
slices of cheese. In a small bowl, stir together soup and
wine; spoon evenly over chicken. Coarsely crush stuffing and
sprinkle over chicken. Drizzle evenly with melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degrees oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
This is a super easy delicious dinner fit for company!
Add a crisp green salad, rolls, white wine, fruit and cheese
