ESCALLOPE turkey breast butter Creamed Spinach: 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped 1/2 c. cream or condensed milk 1 tsp. cornstarch 1 Tbsp. butter Saute sliced turkey in hot butter; then arrange in a pan. Add juice of 2 lemons to fat, stir and pour over turkey meat. Garnish with slices of lemon, parsley, etc. Serve with Creamed Spinach. Cook spinach and drain. Add butter and cream. Mix cornstarch with a little water and pour over spinach. When ready to serve, arrange it in the middle surrounded by turkey slices.
