YUMMY PORK TENDERLOIN|
1 pork tenderloin (we use 2 to
3 lb. size)
1 pkg. or more Shake 'n Bake,
Dip pork tenderloin into milk. Roll or shake in Shake
'n Bake mixture. Bake in 325 degrees oven until meat registers 170 degrees
on thermometer, about 1 hour. Slice in "rounds" and serve with
a mustard/mayonnaise/dill sauce. Great with greens and boiled
