1/4 lb. medium width noodles
2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 tsp. mustard
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
2 c. cooked ham, diced
1/2 c. chow mein noodles

Cook noodles in salted (2 cups) water, drain. Heat soup
in saucepan, add onions, mustard and sour cream. Mix and heat
thoroughly. In a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, place
layers of noodles, ham and sauce; repeat layers. Sprinkle with
chow mein noodles. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
