9-inch pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. (10 oz.) grated Cheddar
1/2 c. chopped onions
Brown the meat, drain grease. Blend mayonnaise, milk,
eggs and cornstarch together until smooth. Stir in meat,
cheese and onion. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes. Check with knife. Done when knife inserted in center
comes out clean.
