1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
3 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. ground or finely
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Saute chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil or
butter. Measure cooked rice and ground parsley into a mixing
bowl. Then, add milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, Cheddar
cheese, and slightly beaten eggs. Add sauteed onion and
garlic, mix thoroughly and pour mixture into buttered baking
dish. Bake in a moderate oven 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
