RICE PILAF

1 c. vermicelli
1 cube butter
2 c. Uncle Ben's Rice
4 c. hot chicken broth
(canned)
2 tsp. salt

Brown vermicelli in 1 cube butter (use large deep frypan
or stew pot). Add rice and hot broth. Add salt. Stir well.
Cover and simmer 1/2 hour. Do not take lid off until end of
1/2 hour.
