1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
1 to 2 cans tuna (7 oz.)
dash of white pepper
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 can condensed cream of
mushroom soup
1 baking powder biscuit recipe
OR 1 Bisquick recipe
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar

Saute onion in butter. Add salt and pepper and flour.
Blend thoroughly. Add milk, stirring until smooth. Add soup
and blend thoroughly. When thickened, add tuna. Pour in 9 x
13-inch baking dish. Top with cheese swirl biscuits.
Roll out rectangle of biscuit dough about 9 x 13-inches.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Roll like jelly roll from long
side. Slice into 1-inch slices and place on top of tuna
mixture. Bake until cheese melts and biscuits are golden
brown. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
