EASY NO CRUST QUICHE|
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, crumbs
1/4 lb. sauteed mushrooms
1/2 c. ham
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
dash of paprika
Butter quiche pan. Layer bottom of quiche with sauteed
mushrooms, cheese, ham and bacon. In blender, combine eggs,
onions, flour, margarine, salt, pepper and milk. Blend for 1
minute only. Pour blender mixture over layered ingredients in
quiche pan. Cook for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Additional items can be added in blender or quiche pan
such as broccoli, spinach or green peppers.
