SMOKED SAUSAGE AND CORNBREAD PIE

1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into
1/4-inch slices
1 (16 or 17 oz.) can corn,
drained
1 c. frozen green beans
1 (8 oz.) can (1 c.) stewed
tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix

Arrange sausage in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine
vegetables; spoon over sausage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
to taste. Prepare cornbread mix according to package direc-
tions. Spoon over vegetable and sausage mixture. Bake in
preheated 400 degrees oven 25 to 30 minutes, until cornbread is golden
brown. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
