BROCCOLI-CHICKEN CASSEROLE 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli 1 c. mayonnaise 1 fryer, boiled and cut up 3 Tbsp. chicken broth 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. curry powder 2 c. cream of chicken soup 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix Grease casserole dish, add a layer of chicken, then a layer of broccoli. Heat soup with mayonnaise and seasoning. Spread over chicken and broccoli layers. Sprinkle the entire top with cheese. Top with crumbled, slightly cooked, stuffing. Cook 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
