DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
cheese
1 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
3 Tbsp. grated onion
2 hard-cooked eggs
1 c. dried beef, cut into
small pieces

Mix soup, milk, Cheddar, macaroni and onion. Fold in 2
hard-cooked eggs, sliced. Add 1 cup dried beef. Refrigerate
overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Homey and warming on a cold
winter's night. Serve with a salad and whatever.
